Suddenly I realize how small this little country really is and I am finding it difficult to breath. What if I need an extraction? Will I have to swim for safety?

- Several years ago I resigned from my job, stored most of my belongings in my in-law's basement, and boarded a transatlantic flight with my husband. Life in London has been interesting to say the least. I miss ice tea and Red Lobster, watching hockey and eating honey garlic wings. I love music, literature, and good food. I am proud to be a woman, but I can't stand crazy feminists. I love politics - but do not subscribe to any particular party or politician (although there are some I like more than others). It's nice when people take me seriously - but I don't need others to validate my opinions. Fun and smart are not mutually exclusive. I firmly believe that knowledge is power.
