Sudan rounds-up supporters of Lubna Hussein

According to various reports, including this one, Sudanese police have arrested approximately 40 women who were protesting to show their support for Lubna Hussein - the Sudanese woman on trial for violating Sudan's indecency laws.

Hussein is on trial for wearing pants - ten other women arrested with Hussein have already been flogged.

President Obama has publicly stated he wants Muslim women to feel free and comfortable wearing the hijab - where is his statement supporting women around the world who are punished for violating "decency" laws?

Silence.

I would ask where the feminists are, but I already know they are too busy writing love notes about the sexy burqa and hijab.
